Lauri Lumby
Lauri Lumby is an author, writer, trained Spiritual Director; teacher of meditation and writing practices; and owner of Authentic Freedom Ministries and Authentic Freedom Press. The foundation of Lauri’s work has been her own study and practice of meditation and prayer. While firmly rooted in the contemplative Christian tradition, Lauri has enjoyed the opportunity to learn and share contemplative practices from all cultures and belief systems. Lauri has found contemplation to be the universal vehicle through which peace and harmony can be attained both within ourselves and in our world and desires to share these tools with others.
