OUR MISSION

The mission of Authentic Freedom Ministries is to provide the nurturing and support you need to remember the love that you are.  Through one-on-one counseling, healing practices, classes, workshops, retreats and Sunday worship, you are empowered to release the inner obstacles to knowing and living freely out of this love.  While rooted in the traditions and practices of Christian Mysticism, Authentic Freedom Ministries is open to men and women of all spiritual traditions and beliefs.

Lauri Lumby:

After earning a BBA, majoring in Marketing and working in the corporate world for five years, Lauri discovered the call to active ministry.  She began her work in Pastoral Ministry at the Newman Center Catholic Campus Ministry at the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.  Lauri completed the Lay Ministry Formation Program through the Catholic Diocese of Green Bay and went on to pursue training as a Spiritual Director through the Norbertine Center for Spirituality in DePere, Wisconsin.  While completing this training, Lauri began her Reiki Practitioner studies with Master Teacher, Maureen Conroy, RSM and completed the Reiki Master training in the summer of 2005 with Master Teacher, Donna Koch, OSF.   In the past 17 years, Lauri has assisted hundreds of men and women in their journey to self-fulfillment.  Lauri currently resides in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
