Spiritual Direction –

The goal of Spiritual Direction is to give you the support and the tools you need to remember love as your original and natural state and to free you from the obstacles from living as that love.   Through objective listening and attentive presence, Spiritual Direction provides a safe and sacred space where you are free to:

• Discover and gain the courage to name, claim and share your own unique gifts in the world.
• Heal your images of God
• Find clarity in life decisions
• Learn to trust the voice of truth within
• Heal your losses and embrace the grieving process
• Find balance in your life
• Relieve anxiety and stress
• Find safe and healthy ways to express anger, sorrow, worry, grief
• Learn to name and claim your needs
• Heal addictive and compulsive behaviors
• Cultivate healthy, intimate relationships
• Rediscover the inner Source of peace

Hands-on-Healing  (Reiki and Christouch)

Hands-on-Healing incorporates prayer with laying-on-of-hands to facilitate healing. Recipients of hands-on-healing report the following:

• An overall sense of wellbeing
• Profound relaxation and stress release
• Release of spiritual fears and emotional blocks

In combination with other wellness practices, hands-on-healing helps to support physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing. Hands-on-healing complements conventional healthcare and is a great way to maintain your ongoing commitment to wellness.  In addition to traditional hands-on healing, I provide the added benefit of pre and post-session process.  During this time, a brief assessment is taken and you will be provided with tools through which you are empowered to continue the healing work in your daily life.  Christouch was created by Lauri Lumby as a Christ-centered approach to teaching hands-on healing.  Christouch is rooted in Jesus’ ministry of healing and our call to become a vessel through which Christ’s healing can be made manifest in our world.

Spiritual Direction and Hands-on Healing are both available with Lauri Lumby, owner and Spiritual Director of Authentic Freedom Ministries.  Services are available by appointment and fees are accepted on a pay-as-you-are-able basis.  (See suggested fees below.  Note that no one is turned away due to an inability to pay.  And that all offers for payment, trade and barter will be considered.)

Suggested Fees:

Spiritual Direction:    $90.00 per hour

Hands-on-Healing:    $120.00 for a 90 minute session

Please note:  Fees are based on education and experience of practitioner.  We realize that not everyone has the ability to pay the full fees.  As such, you are invited to pay what you are able and to recognize that barter and trade are welcome means of exchange.
